Beginning Wild Edibles Class Oct 14

Class held indoor/outdoors depending on the weather and location.

Beginning Wild Edibles class will be based on plants that are in the immediate area, and in season.

How to identify the plant, what parts of the plant to use, and how to make them palatable.
Plants, fungi and trees will be discussed.

You will learn how and when to harvest by season and in what habitat to seek out your favorite wild edibles. Additionally you will learn how to harvest with intention; keeping in mind the importance of the responsibility we have wildcrafting, and as foragers.

We love these classes and it is a great beginner course.
